Stuart & Associates found that onboarding a new employee proved to be difficult and time consuming. They wanted something that could help train their employees quickly and efficently.
We decided to create a full blown training course for Stuart & Associates consisting of videos, documents, modules and tests. This solution gets the knowledge across in an efficient way making their onboarding process cohesive, precise and timely. We collaborated with them to find out all of their processes and philosophies while using documents and spreadsheets they already had in place to create a training platform that works for their company. While these videos aren't the most exciting, they get the knowledge across to their new and existing employees in a way that they can easily understand on a platform that's easy to navigate.
